ReplyDeleteThanks for taking the time to read! I wonder why? That one, to me, seems the most like mere logistical bookkeeping- but maybe its practical immediacy is what gives it its appeal.
DeleteI liked how the darkness propagated through the culture, I think, from 'torchbearers' being derisive to keeping track of time by blood instead of moon. It is very believable.
